You probably expect Webcam Video Capture 1.47 to be a webcam related software. As soon as I started testing Webcam Video Capture 1.47, I discovered that the word webcam in the name is just part of the name and doesnt reflect any of Webcam Video Capture 1.47 programs features. This program can record a selected region of the screen, a selected window, or the entire screen. While testing Webcam Video Capture 1.47, I discovered that between the Selected Window and the Selected Region there is almost no difference. In fact, Selected Window mode is just a Selected region with the size of that window. If you move the window, the program will keep recording that area, even if the window is gone.

I recorded something off my screen. When I tried to see the clip, I noticed that the frame rate was low. By default, Webcam Video Capture 1.47 is set to 10 frames per second, but it looked like it was even lower in the video. The next step was to modify the frame rate. I couldnt see any changes at 29 frames per second, so I changed it to 50 frames per second, but the frame rate for the new created video was the same as in the first movie.

Pluses:

Drawbacks / flaws: Low frame rate. It doesnt have many features.

In conclusion: I see no reason to pay for a software like this. I dont recommend you to download this software
