User Time Control is a program designed to help you control the time others spend on your computer. There are situations when you cant supervise your kids or maybe you just want to control when your employees are using the computer. User Time Control allows you to control every users activity on the computer. Setting up a schedule for computer use is very simple. You just select the user you want to restrict and set up a timetable. Times for computer use can be chosen from templates or you can create and save custom profiles for each user. When exceptions occur, you can grant extra use time to a user, by selecting the days and the time intervals. There are many options, which customize the computer access, but I wont describe them all here. If a user wants to override the program in order to gain extra computer time, the program may prevent such actions. You can prevent users from changing the systems time, as well as disabling the Add/Remove Programs applet in the Control Panel, etc. Above all, you can protect files by making them invisible and specify a master password, which prevents access to the programs settings and uninstallation. All activity can be logged, so that you can get a clear view of what happened, while you were missing. Pluses: Drawbacks / flaws: Two major aspects in User Time Control 3.5.6.2 application are missing. The option of sending emails containing your logs (in case you leave town) and the option to block access to certain applications.
