Subliminal Messages Flash is a small program which depicts liminal or subliminal messages on your screen. For example, if you are trying to quit smoking, you can choose the stop smoking category and the program will display a sequence of phrases which should determine you to quit smoking. Subliminal messages are messages that cannot be actually consciously seen, yet they are perceived by the eye and influence your behaviour. At least, thats the theory. You can choose between 33 types of messages, e.g. better driving, stop smoking, making friends, drug addiction, alcohol addiction. Each category contains a bunch of text messages which will be displayed on your desktop with the frequency of your choice (between 10 and 80 milliseconds) and at intervals ranging from 1 to 8 seconds. You can also choose the area of the screen where these messages will appear: center, top, center-left, bottom.

In conclusion: Depending on the suggestibility degree of a person, Subliminal Messages Flash 2.1 program might work or not; for example, I used Subliminal Messages Flash 2.1 for two weeks (for five days a week, six hours/day) and nothing happened.
