PPTminimizer 2006 is a small program that optimizes your PowerPoint presentations. PPTminimizer 3.0 has three levels of compressions such as low, standard, and strong. You can optimize a presentation on a certain screen resolution and with a specific JPEG quality. The program is very easy to use. After you import a presentation you have to set the compression level, or else PPTminimizer 3.0 will be the one last used. If you want to save your output file on a specific location you have to select the desired folder or else, by default, PPTminimizer 3.0 will be saved in the same folder as the source file but with a (PPT minimizer) extension to the title. The next step is to start the compression. While testing the program Ive used a presentation of high resolution pictures and the compression rate was around 50% on a strong level and 30% on a standard one. If you have to send a presentation by email and you are in a hurry, you can use the Pack and Go option, which after optimizing the presentation, PPTminimizer 3.0 sets it as an attachment to the composed email from your default email client.

The user interface is very easy to use and it comes with support for 5 different languages.

Pluses: It works fast and the compression is pretty good.
