Photo to Color Sketch is a simple program that applies some filters on a photo. Photo to Color Sketch 2.95 only accepts BMP and JPG files as input. You have three predefined ways to work with a photo. The first one is Color. Here you have three fringes that transform your photo very easily into an impressive sketch. You can also invert the colors or sharpen them. If you make a mistake, you can undo the modifications one by one or you can erase them all at once by clicking the Renew button. If the picture is too big to fit the preview window, you can zoom in. However, be careful because if you zoom in too much and then zoom out the quality of the photo will suffer.

B&W is the second predefined way you can work with a photo. As the name suggests, everything you change in a picture is in black and white. You can combine one or more effects to obtain the desired result.

The last predefined way is the one that disappointed me the most. Photo to Color Sketch 2.95 is called Freehand and Photo to Color Sketch 2.95 looks like Photo to Color Sketch 2.95 is not finished. The tools cant be resized and are practically useless. If you select a tool and then switch to the Color or the B&W tab, that tool will still be available.

Pluses: Nice effects.

Drawbacks / flaws: It has some unfinished features. Its expensive.

In conclusion: I look forward to the next release and I hope Photo to Color Sketch 2.95 will work better.
