In order to do so, every lesson is packed with a movie clip which shows you exactly what you need to do. The program contains 34 lessons grouped in 4 categories: Still Graphics, Animation, Interactions and Text. When a lesson is played, besides the audio instructions, you have also subtitles under the display vindow.
The interface is very friendly and is easy to work with Meet the Flash 1.3.
Pluses: Every lesson comes with a very nice movie clip.

In conclusion: You might try Meet the Flash 1.3 if you are a Flash newcomer. I look forward for the next version and I hope Meet the Flash 1.3 will be even better than Meet the Flash 1.3 one.
