Malware Immunizer is a security utility which apparently scans your system for all types of malware: spyware, adware, worms, trojans, etc. After finalising the system scan, Malware Immunizer presents you with a list of items that need immunization and prompts you to select and immunize the items you want to secure. Actually, the list does not contain all the malware found on your computer; Malware Immunizer 1.2 i actually a database containing malware that might damage your files; therefore, Malware Immunizer 1.2 only spooks you. Anyway, the program recommends you to use your antivirus/antispyware applications to scan your computer and remove any malware.

In conclusion: Not of much use, in my opinion, since you need anyway antivirus/antispyware software. In Malware Immunizer 1.2 case, it appears to be a redundant software to install and run.
