HP BladeSystem PC Blade Switch ROS Firmware 1.1.1.7 Rev.B package contains the Realtime Operating System (ROS) Firmware component for the HP BladeSystem PC Blade Switch and the SNMP Management Information Base (MIB) package. NOTE: HP BladeSystem PC Blade Switch ROS Firmware 1.1.1.7 Rev.B package contains the required SNMP Management Information Base (MIB) files for supporting the HP BladeSystem PC Blade Switch. These MIB files are located in the MIBs folder within the SoftPaq. For more details, see the supplied readme.txt file. ENHANCEMENTS: N/AFIXES: - Fixes the SNMP sysUpTime variable {OID: 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.3} to prevent HP BladeSystem PC Blade Switch ROS Firmware 1.1.1.7 Rev.B from reseting itself after approximately 100 days. - Fixes an issue where the Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) Role label bund was incorrect in the Command Line Interface (CLI). This label has been corrected to read as Bound.- Fixes an issue where the Multiple Spanning Tree Protocol (MSTP) port states show inconsistent labeling (sometimes FWD and sometimes FRW) in the CLI. The display state of FWD was changed to FRW.- Fixes an issue where the switch identified itself with SysObject ID 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.14.14.1.1.3, which is incorrect. This may have caused some Network Management Systems to improperly discover the switch. The switch now identifies itself with SysObject ID 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.7.14.14.1.1.- Fixes CLI ERR MSG: IGMPHOST-W-IP: IGMP Packet with unknown source IP Message that appears randomly when IGMP Snooping is on. - Fixes an issue where RADLAN SNMP traps were malformed and could not be properly resolved by a trap receiver, even if the correct MIB was loaded.PREREQUISITES: NoneINSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Download the file by clicking the Download or Obtain Software button and saving the file to a folder on your hard drive (make a note of the folder where the downloaded file is saved).2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.
