Easy MP3 Cutter as the name suggests, is a program that helps you cut your MP3 files into pieces. If you recorded your courses, or meetings with your boss and want to keep only a part of the recordings or to split the recordings into equal parts, the only thing you have to do, is to import the files, or to drag and drop them all together or one by one. After doing that, with a few clicks you can extract any piece you want without loosing quality because the splitting will be made without re-compression. If you want to extract a particular piece from the program, you can left click on the beginning of the section and then right click at the end of Easy MP3 Cutter 2.2. The program supports ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags which can be specified for each output.

While testing the program Ive experienced some problems whit Easy MP3 Cutter 2.2 program. While a file was already loaded Ive dragged and dropped another file but Easy MP3 Cutter 2.2 caused the program to not work correctly any longer.; I couldnt select the piece Ive wanted. The program needed to be restarted in order to work properly again. You can also split the MP3 by parts like equal parts, equal time or equal filesize.

The user interface is very easy to use and Easy MP3 Cutter 2.2 comes in several different languages. All Easy MP3 Cutter 2.2 is features are at hand and you dont need to surf between the menus for them.

Pluses: Easy to use.

Drawbacks / flaws: A little unstable during the test.

In conclusion: I think Easy MP3 Cutter 2.2 is a useful program but I look forward for the next version, which, I hope, will be better.
