The upgrade process would take approximately 3 to 5 minute, please be patient.Upgrade Steps1. Connect the USB Cable to your computer.2. Make sure the mobile phone is turned off and the the other side of USB cable is NOT connected to your phone yet.3. Click the Upgrade button to start the connecting session.4. Press and hold down the number 1 button on the phone, then insert the USB cable into the phone. The upgrade utility would start searching for COM Port automatically.
