First of all I need to tell you that Ac Browser Plus Free Edition 4.12 application is designed for Windows 9x/2000 users. If by any chance you used Windows XP, than you know what Ac Browser Plus Free Edition 4.12 is built-in image viewer can do. XPicture is 100% similar to this application. Ac Browser Plus Free Edition 4.12 starts very fast, allows you to view a film-strip containing the pictures in a folder, and Ac Browser Plus Free Edition 4.12 resizes pictures preserving their quality. The resizing is only temporary, and Ac Browser Plus Free Edition 4.12 is done in order to fit any picture inside its window.
XPicture is very small. Thats why its features are limited. It only allows you to rotate images, and to jump to the next image. This applications user interface only has 8 buttons, out of which one is the About button, and another is for updating the program.

Drawbacks / flaws: As a Windows XP user, I really dont find any point in having this application.
In conclusion: XPicture is freeware. If it had a few extra features it would have been a good application. Im looking forward to seeing some new features in the next release.
